Established primarily as a network for artists who either use or are inspired by science and technology, ASCI has become a magnet for some of the best examples of this type of contemporary art and for scientists and technologists wishing to collaborate.

BLACK MOUNTAIN COLLEGE PROJECT | The mission of the Black Mountain College Project is to ensure that the history and influence of Black Mountain College are preserved and documented for future generations. The Project was formed with the conviction that the story of this unique educational experiment is of lasting interest and that the memories of those who taught and studied at Black Mountain College are critical to an understanding of the dynamics and accomplishments of that community.

International Computer Music Association | The International Computer Music Association is an international affiliation of individuals and institutions involved in the technical, creative, and performance aspects of computer music. It serves composers, computer software and hardware developers, researchers, and musicians who are interested in the integration of music and technology.

The New Media Consortium | The New Media Consortium (NMC) is an international 501(c)3 not-for-profit consortium of nearly 300 learning-focused organizations dedicated to the exploration and use of new media and new technologies. The consortium serves as a catalyst for the development of new applications of technology to support learning and creative expression, and sponsors programs and activities designed to stimulate innovation, encourage collaboration, and recognize excellence among its member institutions. NMC member institutions are found in almost every state in the United States, across Canada, and in Europe, Asia and Australia.

Dancing Ink Productions | Dancing Ink Productions (DIP) is a full-service creative company that develops business strategy, immersive narrative and mixed-media, mixed-reality content, games, conferences and other events for a new global culture and economy in the Imagination Age. DIP works across multiple social media platforms and within virtual worlds to introduce organizations to the idea of sharing meaningful ideas and collaborating on cost-cutting, solutions to amplify creativity and innovation while bringing together geographically dispersed members of the evolving global workforce, culture and economy.

Electrotap | Electrotap was created in 2004 with a mission to design, develop, and distribute new tools for the performance and composition of innovative music and art. Electrotap have produced time-tested and road-tested solutions for building interactive solutions using sensor technologies, and one of the most popular sets of extensions for Cycling ‘74’s Max/MSP environment. Recording Magazine has referred to us as “Scary Geniuses” for our design of the wild Hipno audio plug-ins. We continue to innovate in the spirit of collaboration and academic research, and to provide a potential outlet for creative work that is not available elsewhere.
